Tina Curran is a Senior Teacher in the TCF. She teaches several classes weekly of Tai Chi and Qigong for Health and Balance and an advanced class of Tai Chi and Sensing Hands.  Tai Chi and Qigong are direct and effective means to promote health, balance and self-healing. We work to increase our awareness and acceptance of ourselves as we are, and to heal ourselves through the unblocking of internal energy, Qi. We work awareness of habits in our posture, both in Tai Chi and out in the world, learning to work with gravity, hanging from the heavens and connecting with the earth, moving from the dantien.
