sword in hand
balance softens into motion
turn and step
follow the flow
hilt and blade
tapered tip and razor edge
slicing arcs of air
dancing with the twirling tassel
heaven and earth meld in motion
sink the root
empty the mind
awaken the spirit
slashing circles of flashing steel
swirling action from the center
completes the elemental journey
step back
embrace the sword and close the cycle
