Roberta Walcutt, D.C. was born in Revere, Massachusetts and graduated from Natick, MA High School. She received her B.A. degree from Bates College in Lewiston, ME, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Speech. After several years of small business including clothing design, real estate sales and co-ownership of Walcutt Nutritional Counselling Service in NYC, she attended Hunter College to attain the required courses for pre-Chiropractic. During this time period she was extensively involved with the School of Tai Chi Chuan, Inc. (now, Tai Chi Foundation) and the Arica School–both on an apprentice and teaching capacity. She graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 1984. She worked on the teaching staff at Palmer College prior to long-term and present practice at Lewis Bay Chiropractic Center, Inc in Hyannis, MA.
She has sat on the Boards of Directors both of the Tai Chi Foundation and of community organizations. She presently serves as President of the Cape Cod Synagogue. She is married to and business-partnered with Mark Walcutt, D.C., and has four grown children. She continues to teach Tai Chi classes in Cape Cod venues.
