HERTS School of Tai Chi Chuan

We teach Tai Chi as a daily practice for the mind and body, which over time cultivates energy, relaxation and mindfulness. Our aim is to transmit the form and deeper substance of Tai Chi with clarity, precision and respect for its tradition – while keeping it simple and fun.

We teach in three locations:

• In Welwyn Garden City at the Vineyard Barn on Friday mornings
• In St Albans at Homewood Road URC Hall on Tuesday mornings
• In St Albans at St. Albans & St. Stephens (Junior) School on Thursday evenings
