Practicing Tai Chi helps replenish energy reserves, improves balance, loosens tight muscles and brings more flexibility to joints and ligaments. It is a cardiovascular and weight-bearing exercise.

For students who have completed the B1 & B2 Classes, we are excited to offer the postures of the second-third of the Yang Style Short Form. Our ten week B3 class will include a weekly video to support your practice.

Open to students who have completed the B1 & B2 – the first third & second third of the form.

You can learn tai chi from anywhere in the world with our online Zoom format and recordings will be available to students
