Practicing Tai Chi helps replenish energy reserves, improves balance, loosens tight muscles and brings more flexibility to joints and ligaments. It is a cardiovascular and weight-bearing exercise.

For those that want to continue their Tai Chi journey and learn the second third of the Yang-Style Short Form.

You can learn tai chi from anywhere in the world with our online Zoom format and recordings will be available to students
